Executive Producer
In 1966 Ruud was born in Tegelen where he also grew up. He finished high school in Venlo. Although Ruud wanted to become a doctor in order to cure sick mankind, Ruud went to Nijmegen to study Law thanks to the Dutch drawingsystem. He got his degree in Law with an essay about the Dutch Media Law.
During a workshop 'Acting for a camera' the spark jumped when a producer told about The Business. Ruuds urge to act evaporated and he decided to put over the helm.
Pretty soon he got the opportunity to be a production assistant at the ambitiously designed feature Belle van Zuylen.
And this set the ball rolling. Ruud moved to Amsterdam and he got jobs as production assistant and assistant to the first assistant in several movieproductions.
After a career as a line producer ar many TVdramaseries and later on as executive producer, Ruud started his own business in Rotterdam. He produced a dramaseries for TVRijnmond and several Telefilms as an independant producer.
But Ruuds talent as a teamplayer didn't get properly off the ground being alone in this big far harbour city. That's why Burny's proposal came just on the right moment: Ruud went back to Amsterdam to become the man in charge of the financing department of BosBros. Moreover he got the companyadministration in his job specification.
So now Ruud is the one to turn to in matters of financing BosBros' future projects.
Its strong history challenges him to continue and propagate it by translating beautiful projects into figures in order to make them come true. |
